Our Rooms

Our home is a 6000 square foot single residence in downtown Longmont, Colorado, right next to Thompson Park.  We have 10 bedrooms available for residents in need of assisted living supports with four options based on the size of the rooms: Standard, Deluxe, Enhanced & Premium Rooms.  Our rooms vary from 4,250 to 5,500 monthly (prices subject to change).  We accept private pay and work with TruPace.

Standard Rooms

Each resident room includes individual heat and a private A/C unit in the Summer.  All of our rooms include a private half bath, personal closet and flat screen TV.  Rooms can also be rented fully furnished for an additional fee.

Premium Room

Our Premium Room may accommodate two people living together (perfect for couples!).  The premium room has additional space, double closets and front garden views.

Private Bathrooms

Each resident room comes with a private attached 1/2 bath and personal closet.  We also offer an enhanced room with a detached bath and private shower.
