I liked that you mentioned that gardening or going on a walk can help seniors lower the risk of early death by 17%. My grandma is starting to get old and we do not have the time or resources to help her continue to be independent, so we are considering getting her to an assisted living facility. She will need to help us choose so that we will know she is comfortable and she can still maintain her physical activity and her health.
